Major Charlie Moore has been appointed as Midlands Area Chairman by unanimous vote and will commence the role with immediate effect. He succeeds Northamptonshire trainer Gerald Bailey who fulfilled the role for five years. Charlie Moore has been involved with horses since the age of seven.
